Terms of Sale

1. Seller: Urban 3D Printing, based in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, UK. Email urban3d.cityprints@outlook.com.
2. Prices in GBP, including VAT if applicable. UK delivery £3.99. Dispatch 1–2 working days (custom items: dispatch time confirmed with your quote).
3. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
4. 3D prints have small layer lines and colour variation; this isn't a fault.
5. Custom designs: you confirm you own or may use any logo or design you send. We may refuse designs (for example weapons, offensive content, or content that infringes someone else's rights).
6. Some items are age-restricted and buyers must be 18+.
7. Cancellations and returns: see the Returns page. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Liability is limited as allowed by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
