Returns & Refunds

• Standard items: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of delivery without a reason. Tell us at urban3d.cityprints@outlook.com, then return within 14 days. Refund within 14 days of us getting it back (or proof of return), including standard delivery cost.
• Custom/personalised items (names, your designs, custom colours made to order) can't be cancelled unless faulty.
• Faulty or not as described: Consumer Rights Act 2015 — 30 days for a full refund, then repair/replacement. Email photos to urban3d.cityprints@outlook.com.
